Caused
Start with Genesis 2:5, where the Bible uses the word caused in a real sentence: “No plant of the field was yet in the earth, and no herb of the field had yet sprung up; for Yahweh God had…” The rest of this list stays on that same word so a family can hear it more than once.

5. Exodus 14:21

6. Exodus 36:6
“Moses gave commandment, and they caused it to be proclaimed throughout the camp, saying, “Let neither man nor woman make anything else for the offering for the sanctuary.” So the people were restrained from bringing.”
7. Numbers 31:16
“Behold, these caused the children of Israel, through the counsel of Balaam, to commit trespass against Yahweh in the matter of Peor, and so the plague was among the congregation of Yahweh.”
8. Deuteronomy 28:51
“and they will eat the fruit of your livestock, and the fruit of your ground, until you are destroyed. They also won’t leave you grain, new wine, or oil, the increase of your livestock, or the young of your flock, until they have caused you to perish.”
