🌙 Trembling beside Jeremiah 4:19
When trembling is loud, Jeremiah 4:19 is a sentence you can borrow. “My anguish, my anguish! I am pained at my very heart! My heart trembles within me. I can’t hold my peace, because you have heard, O my soul, the sound of the trumpet, the alarm of war.” The other two verses on this page stay with the same need.

Lord, this is a trembling night. Keep Jeremiah 4:19 close enough to remember. Amen.
Two-minute challenge
Say Jeremiah 4:19 out loud once, then tell one person in the house what feeling it names.
Parent tip
If the feeling is bigger than a verse, stay in the room. Jeremiah 4:19 is a companion, not a fix-it line. The other two verses are for a second night if this one is enough.
