🌙 Telling the truth beside Isaiah 16:5
When telling the truth is loud, Isaiah 16:5 is a sentence you can borrow. “A throne will be established in loving kindness. One will sit on it in truth, in the tent of David, judging, seeking justice, and swift to do righteousness.” The other two verses on this page stay with the same need.
Telling the truth
“A throne will be established in loving kindness. One will sit on it in truth, in the tent of David, judging, seeking justice, and swift to do righteousness.”
Isaiah 16:5 · World English Bible
He said,…
“He said, “Blessed be Yahweh, the God of my master Abraham, who has not forsaken his loving kindness and his truth toward my master. As for me, Yahweh has led me on the way to the house of my master’s relatives.””
Genesis 24:27 · World English Bible
I am not worthy…
“I am not worthy of the least of all the loving kindnesses, and of all the truth, which you have shown to your servant; for with just my staff I crossed over this Jordan; and now I have become two companies.”

Lord, this is a telling the truth night. Keep Isaiah 16:5 close enough to remember. Amen.
Two-minute challenge
Say Isaiah 16:5 out loud once, then tell one person in the house what feeling it names.
Parent tip
If the feeling is bigger than a verse, stay in the room. Isaiah 16:5 is a companion, not a fix-it line. The other two verses are for a second night if this one is enough.
