🍞 Jealous beside Zephaniah 1:18
When jealous is loud, Zephaniah 1:18 is a sentence you can borrow. “Neither their silver nor their gold will be able to deliver them in the day of Yahweh’s wrath, but the whole land will be devoured by the fire of his jealousy; for he will make an end, yes, a terrible end, of all those who dwell in the land.” The other two verses on this page stay with the same need.

Say Zephaniah 1:18 out loud once, then tell one person in the house what feeling it names.
Parent tip
If the feeling is bigger than a verse, stay in the room. Zephaniah 1:18 is a companion, not a fix-it line. The other two verses are for a second night if this one is enough.
