🌙 Jealous beside Numbers 25:11
When jealous is loud, Numbers 25:11 is a sentence you can borrow. ““Phinehas, the son of Eleazar, the son of Aaron the priest, has turned my wrath away from the children of Israel, in that he was jealous with my jealousy among them, so that I didn’t consume the children of Israel in my jealousy.” The other two verses on this page stay with the same need.

Lord, this is a jealous night. Keep Numbers 25:11 close enough to remember. Amen.
Two-minute challenge
Say Numbers 25:11 out loud once, then tell one person in the house what feeling it names.
Parent tip
If the feeling is bigger than a verse, stay in the room. Numbers 25:11 is a companion, not a fix-it line. The other two verses are for a second night if this one is enough.
