👑 Jealous beside Ezekiel 8:5
When jealous is loud, Ezekiel 8:5 is a sentence you can borrow. “Then he said to me, “Son of man, lift up your eyes now the way toward the north.” So I lifted up my eyes the way toward the north, and saw, northward of the gate of the altar this image of jealousy in the entry.” The other two verses on this page stay with the same need.

Pray together
Lord, this is a jealous night. Keep Ezekiel 8:5 close enough to remember. Amen.
Two-minute challenge
Say Ezekiel 8:5 out loud once, then tell one person in the house what feeling it names.
Parent tip
If the feeling is bigger than a verse, stay in the room. Ezekiel 8:5 is a companion, not a fix-it line. The other two verses are for a second night if this one is enough.
