📖 Friendship beside Ruth 4:1
When friendship is loud, Ruth 4:1 is a sentence you can borrow. “Now Boaz went up to the gate, and sat down there. Behold, the near kinsman of whom Boaz spoke came by. He said to him, “Come over here, friend, and sit down!” He came over, and sat down.” The other two verses on this page stay with the same need.

Pray together
Lord, this is a friendship night. Keep Ruth 4:1 close enough to remember. Amen.
Two-minute challenge
Say Ruth 4:1 out loud once, then tell one person in the house what feeling it names.
Parent tip
If the feeling is bigger than a verse, stay in the room. Ruth 4:1 is a companion, not a fix-it line. The other two verses are for a second night if this one is enough.
