🎺 Forgiving beside Mark 1:4
When forgiving is loud, Mark 1:4 is a sentence you can borrow. “John came baptizing in the wilderness and preaching the baptism of repentance for forgiveness of sins.” The other two verses on this page stay with the same need.
Forgiving
“John came baptizing in the wilderness and preaching the baptism of repentance for forgiveness of sins.”

Two-minute challenge
Say Mark 1:4 out loud once, then tell one person in the house what feeling it names.
Parent tip
If the feeling is bigger than a verse, stay in the room. Mark 1:4 is a companion, not a fix-it line. The other two verses are for a second night if this one is enough.
