sparrow in Psalms 84
SPA-roh
This creature shows up in Psalms 84:3: “Yes, the sparrow has found a home, and the swallow a nest for herself, where she may have her young, near your altars, Yahweh of Armies,…” The Bible is not talking about a sticker. It is talking about a real creature in a real place.
Psalms 84:3
“Yes, the sparrow has found a home, and the swallow a nest for herself, where she may have her young, near your altars, Yahweh of Armies, my King, and my God.”
What kids can learn
When you hear sparrow in Psalms, remember the sentence around it. God put this creature in the story on purpose.
