owl in Exodus 37

This creature shows up in Exodus 37:16: “He made the vessels which were on the table, its dishes, its spoons, its bowls, and its pitchers with which to pour out, of pure gold.” The Bible is not talking about a sticker. It is talking about a real creature in a real place.

Exodus 37:16

“He made the vessels which were on the table, its dishes, its spoons, its bowls, and its pitchers with which to pour out, of pure gold.”

What kids can learn

When you hear owl in Exodus, remember the sentence around it. God put this creature in the story on purpose.

Read Exodus 37:16 again tomorrow and ask what the creature is doing in the sentence, not only what it looks like.
