locust in Jeremiah 46
LOH-kust
This creature shows up in Jeremiah 46:23: “They will cut down her forest,” says Yahweh, “though it can’t be searched; because they are more than the locusts, and are innumerable.” The Bible is not talking about a sticker. It is talking about a real creature in a real place.

What kids can learn
When you hear locust in Jeremiah, remember the sentence around it. God put this creature in the story on purpose.
