lamb in Genesis 30
LAM
This creature shows up in Genesis 30:40: “Jacob separated the lambs, and set the faces of the flocks toward the streaked and all the black in the flock of Laban: and he put his own…” The Bible is not talking about a sticker. It is talking about a real creature in a real place.
Genesis 30:40
“Jacob separated the lambs, and set the faces of the flocks toward the streaked and all the black in the flock of Laban: and he put his own droves apart, and didn’t put them into Laban’s flock.”
What kids can learn
When you hear lamb in Genesis, remember the sentence around it. God put this creature in the story on purpose.
