bear in Genesis 13
BAIR
This creature shows up in Genesis 13:6: “The land was not able to bear them, that they might live together; for their substance was great, so that they could not live together.” The Bible is not talking about a sticker. It is talking about a real creature in a real place.
Genesis 13:6
“The land was not able to bear them, that they might live together; for their substance was great, so that they could not live together.”
What kids can learn
When you hear bear in Genesis, remember the sentence around it. God put this creature in the story on purpose.
