Morning
Pack this sentence from Joshua 6:1 with lunch: “Now Jericho was tightly shut up because of the children of Israel. No one went out, and no one came in.” Ask, where might we need the idea of “jericho” today?
Bedtime prayer
Lord, we do not want to rush past “Now Jericho was tightly shut up because of the children of Israel. No one went out, and no one came in.” Forgive us where we forgot you today, and let Joshua 6:1 rest on us while we sleep. Amen.
Challenge
Pray Joshua 6:1 for someone who is not in the room.
