Morning
On the way out, whisper Judges 2:3. It says, “Therefore I also said, ‘I will not drive them out from before you; but they shall be in your sides, and their gods will be a snare to you.’”” Name one ordinary thing — a backpack, a sibling, a teacher — that this verse can touch.
Bedtime prayer
God, we bring you March 22. Let “Therefore I also said, ‘I will not drive them out from before you; but they shall be in your sides, and their gods will be a snare to you.’”” be the last loud sentence in this house. Keep us, and keep the people we love. Amen.
