Morning
A two-minute start: open Isaiah 1:2 and read it twice. The first time, listen. The second time, stop on “hear.” The verse says, “Hear, heavens, and listen, earth; for Yahweh has spoken: “I have nourished and brought up children, and they have rebelled against me.”
Bedtime prayer
God, bless the child who is still thinking about Isaiah 1. Make “hear” feel like your kindness, not a test. Amen.
Challenge
Draw a tiny picture of “hear” and tape it where you will see it in the morning.
